This gohan doesn’t mean rice,

it means eating at restaurant.

 

Mostly we use it for dinner.

I went for dinner with my friends last night.

/ 昨日の夜、友達とご飯に行きました。

/ きのうの よる、ともだちと ごはんに いきました。

/ Kinou no yoru, tomodachi to gohan ni ikimashita.
